Delivery & Return Policy

Orders for Stainless Steel Cutting Boards are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
All shipments are made through our contracted shipping companies . Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Shipping costs are applied as [fixed fee / free shipping / variable depending on the purchase amount] . Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.
Our stainless steel cutting board deliveries are currently only available within Türkiye. Please contact us for further information regarding international deliveries.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing or verbally within 14 days of the delivery date of the product.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
Due to hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted for used or opened products.
After the return is approved, we will conduct the necessary checks once the product reaches us , and your payment will be refunded within 14 days via the method you used for payment.
