Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the Seller , whose details are given below, and the Buyer , in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are stated, ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website https://shghomedesign.com.tr/ .

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, kind, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the products purchased by the buyer are specified on the order screen.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • The product will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer.
  • Delivery time is 1-3 business days at the latest from the order confirmation.
  • Delivery will be made via the [Shipping Company] contracted by the Seller.
  • Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payments are made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, or through the iyzico platform as specified on the Seller's website.
  • The product price is collected at the time of ordering.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The buyer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
  • The product must be returned to the Seller within the cancellation period.
  • The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • For products returned within the withdrawal period, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. However, for defective or incorrectly shipped products, the shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.

ARTICLE 7 – SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

  • For products specially prepared at the buyer's request,
  • For products that cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations,
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for used products or products with damaged packaging.

ARTICLE 8 – RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Products returned under the right of withdrawal will be refunded to the Seller within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the product, using the same method the Buyer used for payment.
  • Details regarding the return process are explained on the Seller's website in the "Delivery and Return Terms" page.

ARTICLE 9 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards shall have jurisdiction up to the value declared by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding this value.

ARTICLE 10 – ENTRY INTO FORCE
By placing an order through the website, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is concluded electronically and shall enter into force upon approval by both parties.
