Refund Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or used, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions/non-returnable products
Certain product types, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers or plants), specialty products (e.g., custom orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products), are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items and gift cards.


Changes
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new product.


The 14-day withdrawal period in the European Union.
Despite the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As mentioned above, your product must be in the same condition as when it arrived, i.e., unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will inform you and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
